SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped using signed for delivery and your tracking details will be sent to you after your order has been shipped. Remember to check your junk/spam/promotional inbox as sometimes tracking emails may end up in there.

Please note, that if you have ordered from the Custom Jewellery Collection, your product will be dispatched in line with lead times on the product page. Some designs are case-sensitive, so please ensure that your personalisation is correct before placing your order.

 

 

UK FREE STANDARD (MAINLAND UK)

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive between 2-5 working days after placing your order. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days)​

 

UK NEXT WORKING DAY (MAINLAND UK) - 2PM cut off

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the next working day, ready for delivery the next working day.​ 

 

UK SATURDAY SERVICE (MAINLAND UK)

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Orders must be placed before 2pm on Friday to ensure they are delivered on Saturday.​

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are calculated at the checkout and shipped with Royal Mail. We ship to most countries worldwide! please check the Estimate Shipping Tab in your shopping cart. please note that some places might have longer shipping periods than others. (International standard shipping 5-15 days, International signed shipping 6-7 days) Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with a tracking link.
